Answers to common questions, plus how to get in touch.
Open the Log tab and tap the + button in the top right. Enter your weight, optionally adjust the date and add a note, then tap Save.
You're prompted to pick on first launch. To change later, go to Settings → Units and choose the other option. Your saved data isn't altered — only how it's displayed.
Swipe left on any entry in the Log tab to delete it. (Editing isn't supported yet — delete and re-add for now.)
I Am Healthy! does write-only syncing. When you save a new entry for a person whose Sync to Apple Health toggle is on, that weight is written to Health as a Body Mass sample. The app does not read existing samples back from Health.
Apple Health on your phone represents the device owner's data. Mixing multiple people's weights into one Health record would mislead Apple's trends, your doctor, and other apps that read from Health. So we let exactly one profile — usually you — write to Health, while everyone else stays only inside this app.
Open the iOS Settings app → Health → Data Access & Devices → I Am Healthy! and turn on Body Mass under "Allow… to Write Data."
Yes. If the entry was originally written to Health, deleting it in I Am Healthy! also deletes the matching sample from Health (best-effort).
Go to Settings → Manage People (or tap the avatar in the top-left of the Log/Trend tab and choose Manage People…). Tap +, give them a name and a color, set an optional goal, and save.
Tap the avatar in the top-left of the Log or Trend tab and pick a name from the menu.
All of that person's local entries are deleted along with them. If they were syncing to Health, their existing Health samples are not automatically removed — you can clear those from the Health app if you wish.
Once a person has at least about two weeks of recent entries, the app fits a simple linear regression to the last 14 days and extrapolates to the goal weight. It's a rough guide, not a promise — if your trend is flat or moving the wrong way, no date is shown.
It was a bit too noisy on a daily-logged metric — we removed it in favor of 1M / 3M / 1Y / All.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → I Am Healthy! and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Then in I Am Healthy!, toggle the reminder off and back on to reschedule it.
