How do I play Pass & Play?

Choose Pass & Play — 2 Players from the menu and lay the phone flat between you. Rotate the phone 180° toward whoever's turn it is: the table flips, that player's cards are revealed, and the other hand shows only card backs.

The table didn't flip when I rotated the phone.

Make sure the phone isn't lying perfectly flat when you rotate — give it a slight tilt upright so iOS registers the orientation change. Portrait orientation lock on your phone does not affect UNIQ!; the game listens to the physical rotation directly.

What are the rules?

• Match the top discard by color or value; wilds play on anything.
• Skip skips the next player, ⇄ Reverse flips turn order (acts as a skip with 2 players).
• +2 and Wild +4 make the next player draw and lose their turn.
• No playable card? Tap the draw pile. If the drawn card plays, you may use it immediately — otherwise your turn passes.
• First player to empty their hand wins!

Does UNIQ! need an internet connection?

No — gameplay is fully offline. When a connection is available, the app sends a few anonymized usage counts (like "game started") that identify no one. See the privacy policy for details.
